Checking the quality of procured milk has to be the foremost important goal of a milk procurer. It not only helps check that the procured milk conforms to the minimum quality requirement & is free from any adulterants but also ensures that the dairy farmer is paid according to the quality of the milk and not just on the basis of quantity. At the very basic level, quality measurement usually entails determination of Fat %, SNF %, Density (CLR) and Added Water in any milk sample. Our range of milk analyzers uses ultrasonic technology for determination of above parameters. These analyzers which do not require the use of any chemicals offer benefits like faster analysis time, easy operation and maintenance as compared to traditional chemical-based tests like Gerber test which are time-consuming and involve handling of dangerous & corrosive chemicals like sulfuric acid.
